peten2359 0 Posted October 7, 2007 I was getting ready to install a video system and we had a breakin and realized that the cables would be exposed in the area where the culprits were coming thru and need to be protected. Then, it occurred to me that if I could use the video loss alarm maybe they'd tell me they were there. Anyhow, what are my options for using the video loss detection. bike_rider 0 Posted October 8, 2007 You can send video lost messages to email addresses, so you can send them to the phone. It would be better to use a real alarm system to detect people - what if they DON'T cut the cable? I'd suggest putting the wire in conduit. It'll look better.
