How to analyse counterfeit SONY CCD camera

Recommended Posts

It is important for us to knowunfeigned or counterfeit, we alway get quotation with low price.

First I confirm, almost the cost of cameras are much at one. Why ? As we known, standard camera contain chipset plus circuit board and locked shell. Therefore, the chipset is the most expensive, composed by CCD,DSP,CDS/AGC,V-Driver, EEPROM and EVR etc. Those are almost same price when suppliers purchase components, and other parts like resistance, capacitor, audion we can ignore. But why the sale price is different so far ?

1.locked shell. Use inferior popular cast die, you don’t find any problem after printing lacquer.

2.filter sheet. Use glassed laminated film, Why show bad image, Oh cheaper.

3.Power circuit. Make simple circuit to save, yawp largen.

4.Circuit board. Take out some parts like video driven, connect various lines. Whatever none use expensive lens in low-end.

But saving only several dollars in listed methods, not competitive ? OK, I have to make counterfeit SONY CCD camera as follows:

A. SONY High resolutions (480TV lines or more)

1.Low resolution imitate(Analysis: Actually these are from SONY, difference is that Low resolution one is 10 dollars cheaper)

2.SS-1 imitate (Analysis: SS-1_2603 plus ICX405AK CCD, you can’t find problem untill open crystalloid, If there show two crystalloids marked 28.375 and 17.7344, it’s unfeigned SONY CCD.)

3.High resolutions Sharp CCD imitate (The stitches of Sharp are same quantity as SONY ICX409AK, replace it directly)

B.Low resolutions(420TV lines)

1.Sharp CCD imitate

2.A1PRO CCD + 3142

3.A1PRO CCD+ NEXTCHIP

4.SONY CCD + NEXTCHIP

5.SONY CCD + M6

C.Low illumination(0.01lux/F1.2)

Super HAD CCD imitate Ex-view
