How to deal with waterproof camera with mist ?

Recommended Posts

Waterproof? Dont know many that are that. What type of camera do you mean, bullet camera or other? Most bullet cameras will never truly be waterproof. However if you get one that gets the condensation inside, open it up, let it dry out for a few hours, then close it back and seal the rear with some clear silicon caulking, especially where the wire goes inside. Also make sure the front cover is screwed on good and the rubber seal is there, if not, caulk that also.

When the waterproof camera show with mist inside, i wonder if can open and wipe out, or return them to supplier directly .

That cause has heating inside when camera working, but the camera didn't haven't pressurize well.

Now we do like Dual optical glasses for fog proof, and we do pressurize housing for the water proof camera.

I think your supplier didn't do like us, so has that problem.

That coz the poor seal, actually, the waterproof cameras have to pass the desiccantion process before finishment. It's hermetical inside of the waterproof camera, our waterproof cameras hardly take this problem.
