Sanyo VCB-3424 decent for night?

Recommended Posts

I've been offered a Sanyo VCB-3424 camera, unknown "zoom lens", and power supply for $35. Price seems ok and I'll probably buy a new lens, but is this camera any good for low light recording?

It will be mounted from the 2nd floor of a house overlooking the drive way and street. It gets pretty dark, very little lighting..

edit: mikesus listed the specs.
