We have used VideoIQ for years, and not that they have been purchased by Avigilon we decided to purchase a H3A-DP camera to compare the analytics. However, I am unable to view this camera in Avigilon View. I can get into the camera through a browser, and also with the Avigilon camera installation tool, but no luck with Avigion View. Can anyone shed some light on this?

You have camera with Analytics

Use ACC client to set up and view

Honestly, I was hoping there was a way to utilize Avigilon View. We have a customer who needs a camera replaced and he has 27 VideoIQ ICVR's. If he cannot use the new Avigilon analytic cameras through view than he will be forced to either use two different softwares or he will have to run ACC client and buy licenses for all of his ICVR's. I was hoping to avoid this dilemma if possible. Any advice?

So just to be clear, this camera cannot be viewed in Avigilon View? My only option for setting up the Analytics is to purchase a license and use ACC?
