Hikvision DVR restarts when clicked PTZ in Camera settings.

Has anyone come across this problem ? when clicked on PTZ in MENU, the DVR restarts.

The DVR is 7208 HVI-SH.

I had same problem months ago, i fixed it by upgrading new firmware. I am not sure about it.

Sounds like a software issue. Try to reload the FW again and see what happens. Here is the latest FW.

Thank you the problem was solved, it was firmware issue. updating firmware using TFTP fixed the problem.
