Problema na instalação da câmera ip

Boa tarde!

Comprei uma câmera ip da szsinocam, no entanto estou encontrado dificuldade na hora da sua instalação. Baixei o app recomendo por eles [CamHi], em um segundo momento conectei o cabo de rede na cam, procurei a cam dentro do app, quando encontrou dei o ok e pronto. Aparentemente tudo certo! Quando cliquei pra visualizar as imagens da cam, nada, ficava só tentando conectar, sem sucesso. Depois fiz uma segunda tentativa por outro caminho. No smartphone fui no wifi e substitui o sinal do meu roteador pelo da cam. Voltei no app para procurar a cam, quando achei dei o ok e ela rapidamente ficou online, tudo certo aparentemente. Como no manual diz, depois disso fui nas configurações da cam dentro do app para colocar o sinal do meu roteador de volta, encontro ele, digito a senha e a cam só fica tentando conectar sem sucesso... Gostaria muito de uma ajuda pra resolver esse problema...
