  1. If this is the case of 4.11 version was not a former released version, is there any other version of software that I can use since I already had the 4 channel Kodicom card? Anywhere I can download the version that allow me to do a full backup? The card been sold to client, what shall I do now? Help need!
  2. Hi all, I have a site that installed with Kodicom Diginet 4.11. They are recorded in continues mode. The problems is they are required to do a full backup of all the storage and burn into DVD disc. I have tried to do the backup with "AVI Back" but it stopped after 8 hours of backup althought I set it to do a backup over a priod of 1 week. I set the split by 24 hours or 1 hour but the result are still the same, stopped after 8 hours. The backup was stored in hard disk first. It is not directly burn into DVD disc this eliminated the insufficient stroge issue. I try to do the backup with "Time Backup", but once backup the file was in *.bix, *.box and kif extension. What program shall we use to open the backed up file? or is it any other methods allow us to do a full backup of the site over a long period? Does anyone can give some advise on how to do a full backup of the site. Thank you.
  3. It has no problem to playback on site. Since the version having problems, so which version shall i used? I downloaded the Diginet site version 4.12 from one of the website but it just can't work. It there any licence key required for version 4.12?
  4. The Diginet Site software version : 4.110 The Diginet Center software version : 4.100 I just run out of idea what is goes wrong with the dignet software. I tried it with 10Mb hub or direct PC link with cross CAT 5 cable but the result still the same. It just able to playback for few frames or just 1-2 seconds only.
  5. Is anybody using kodicom diginet site and centre software? I having the problems of playback the recorded data thru Kodicom Center software on LAN. When I playback it only playback for few frames or 1-2 seconds only then it stoped. Could anyone help me out. Thank you.
  6. I connected the Kodicom Site with Kodicom Centre Software on LAN. It was fine when i view the live image. However when i playback the recorded data it stopped after about 2 sec. Does anyone knows what is goes wrong or any setting required? Can anyone help me out on this matter. Thanks.
  7. I still having problems to get the Kodicom webdvr online via internet. I used the D-link 704P router. I been port forwarding for 8080 for private port and 8081 for public port but still can't get thru. It shows connection failed and network fail. Please help.
  8. I have tried the webdvr thru the local network it works fine. However when i try to connect via internect it shows "webdvr - connection fails" follows by "network fails". I'm using free No-Ip. It there anything related to port forwarding? Currently i'm using 8080 for private port and 8081 for public port. Or is there any other settings required to patch it to webdvr? Please help.
  9. I'm trying to link up my kodicom centre to kodicom site from a different location, both my kodicom site & centre goes through a router. I can't link them up as the ip address only goes to the router ip. Where and how can i set it up so i can view through my kodicom centre? Please help. Thank you.
  10. I'm trying to setup my kodicom webdvr! But there's a problem, i DON'T know where to start. There's no manual or guidelines to it. Can anyone here help me through. Please help, thanks
