    Pigtail for PS/2 type cable?

    I am working with a customer who is looking into some upgrades, all while maintaining his current cameras. They are early 2000's Lorex cams with PS/2 connectors which carry both power and vid. They are currently powered by an all in 1 multiplexer/timelapse/monitor. Is there a connector/pigtail for these that will split it into usable video (BNC/RCA) and power?
