    My suggestion: 1. change the BNC, use the better one. That is the cheapest way 2. 420TV LINE change as 480TV Line.

    1. set initialization, 2. change a HDD. That`s the two normal problem. But I don`t know which kind of dvr you have. I think that maybe something wrong with the software. I don`t think our software is suit for your products. But if you want to have a try, you can send me message for our software.

    1/4 480TV Line? It`s so funny. Our factory make 100,000pcs of cctv cameras. but I haven`t saw any 1/4 480tv line. just 1/3 480tv line. Is this a special one?

    We always know the Lux is 0.1, 0.5, 0.8. But now here have a 0.001Lux cameras. I am very interest why 0.001Lux. Could any one tell me, how to know the Lux of each products? I don`t think 0.001 is the correct number.
