  1. The police won't respond to home alarms directly but they will respond if you have a monitoring service that calls them. If you shop around their are some good independent services that are very reasonable.

    Looks like a pretty heavy duty company. But if I was going to spend a grand on a camera you can be sure I would want a really good warranty, tech support in English and service with no more than a week turn around time.     So post the full specs., the price with shipping, warranty and a link to what the camera looks like. I'm looking for a couple of reasonably priced cameras to use until I can afford good name brand equipment. How about buying a little advertisement space on this site in order to support the site and promote your product.

    Small problem with my GV 800 setup

    I found the problem after digging through the system settings for a few hours. Maybe this will help someone else. It was doing this even after I disabled the camera ports I was not using. Tools, select Video Signal Diagnostic, and select Disable Video Lost beep
  8. Hi, First a thanks for all the good advice posted on this forum I have learned a lot. I have a GV 800 card. My system info in the tested pc section. I've had my system running for about 3 weeks. So far so good. I just hooked up speakers so I can get an audio alert if motion is detected in my yard. The problem is I have a constant chime noise... bong......bong.....bong etc. I've looked through all the configuration settings and can't figure out what this is for and how to turn it off. Thanks for any help.
