I have a DVR stand alone Hikvision. I´d like to know why when I connect a CRT monitor the image seems to better than when I use a LCD monitor. The LCD is working in the native resolution, and I set the same resolution in the DVR. Hello, I have a PC with a GeoVision GV-800 inside with 4 cameras connected. I don´t know why, buy the PC reboots randomly...For sure there´s no video loss problem. I´ve changed all BNC connectors and cables...Also I´ve changed the GeoVision card and buy a new one...but the problem continues... Anyone can help me and give me some advices because I´m going crazy with this problem... Thanks!

Hello...I´ve got an original GV card, but I don´t know where I can download the new software 8.3. In Argentina the local distribuitor still offering the 8.2 version...Do you know any link to download the 8.3 version? Thanks, Maximiliano
