  1. Here's what you do. Get a cheap laser pointer found at any dollar store. wire it up to the correct power supply instead of batteries, use some epoxy putty to mount it to a cheap adjustable camera mount, aim it directly at the offending camera's lens, and leave it on 24/7. Periodically check the alignment.
