Hi Andy, The ext-ir port on Divar-XF is non functional. An IR remote control has never been provided with DivarXF. As for the CLIs - I suggest you contact Bosch technical support. They can provide you with the complete CLI specification. But do you have any detailes questions? Antonie

Have you checked out Divar XF woth software version 2.0 or 2.1? I beleive that that has some enhancements to what a you can configure that a user may view.
