Conexant Fusion based 4ch DVR card problem

I have one of these exact cards that I purchased of eBay and was sent directly from Hong Kong last September. I just got around to installing it and discovered that the mini CD that came with it is defective or blank. The eBay seller I purchased it from is "No longer Registered" so I can't get a copy of the software. Any assistance that you may be able to provide would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
