    CCTV for Live Music problem

Blimey, I thought if anyone would have known it would have been on here! Maybe I've spotted a gap in the market! Shame I can't source a unit though...
  3. Hi, I'm hoping someone can recommend a Switcher unit or PVR which can do a job for me, as I'm having big trouble sourcing a suitable unit. I run a small music venue. We wish to film bands and send them away with a live DVD at the end of the night. We have 4 cameras mounted at various positions, facing the stage. The switcher unit which was recommended was analogue, and doesn't have vertical interval switching. So was of no use as we got glitches cutting between cameras. The second switcher was in the form of a PVR which we were feeding through to a stand alone DVD recorder. This eliminated the V.I. issue, but it not only had a non removable onscreen display, it also displayed a quad screen as part of it's scan function. So, cutting to the chase, I need vertical interval switching, removable or no on screen display, and a programable scan or scan which doesn't show a quad. Audio doesn't have to go through the switcher. And I'm in the UK, so it needs to be a PAL unit. Thanks, Hope someone can help. Stu
