    Geovision 800 keeps shutting down

    Hi there, Please someone help us concerning our Geovision 800 (8 cameras). As far as we know, it's supposed to be running 24/7. Somehow, it shuts down now & then (maybe twice a week), but the PC itself is still on. We have to restart/ reboot the PC in order to get Geovision work again (automatically). Do you think it's setting/ configuration issue or something else? Please advice, thanks.

    We're in New York (Little Italy), but it's OK ...I've already fixed it (after tedious time doing trial by error, fixing the PC and also tracing the cables). Now, we still need to re-route the camserver to the basement, avoiding anymore intrusion. Thanks anyways.

    Hi Forum, We got a serious problem at our bar...our camserver (GV 800 with 8 cameras) has been tampered! There are 3 cameras with VIDEO LOST message, along with 3 related camera folders deleted. The admin password being altered. Is there any way to reset the admin password accordingly? How to re-initiate the lost folders? How to trace the problem with VIDEO LOST message...do we have to trace the cables first or just check the connectors? If we reset the password, would the previous settings reset as well? Please help, thank you.
