  1. Hi, Is it possible to connect the AXIS 209fd-r and Lupus Aeon LE800 DVR? The camera has a RJ45 connector and the DVR has video connectors. Ralph

    Internet speed?

This is the crappy connection I have on my country house. The 1rst test it's the internet connection on the DVR with the bad pic quality over the Internet. The last test it's the Internet speed on the other (good quality over Internet) DVR.

    Internet speed?

Hi, I have two identical DVRs on different homes. One has a good image localy and over the Internet. The other has a good local image but an horrible image over the Net. Could it be due the Internet speed beeing lower in the second one? The only difference is the port I'm using on them, besides the speed. One it's using port 80 and the other port 5550. Regards, Ralph Nunes
  6. Hello, I would like to thank everyone on this forum that tried to help solve this problem. Thank you very much!! I'm just little disappointed that took 9 months for LUPUS to offer me to exchange the DVR. But than again, better late than never...
  7. I've already sent an email to ask for the address to trade the DVR.
  8. That's as simple as a simple firmware upgrade. But I think you're not interested in post selling. You just want people to buy the LE 800+. But rest assured that I will never buy anything else from you unless a firmware upgrade it's available. And I will take some time, I'm already working on that, to make very bad reviews on different sites about AEON. You must know the effect, on the Internet of bad reviews... As the other friend said: "your website lists iphone ....>>>>> BUT you never say it does not control PTZ cameras. you still sell this DVR today .... it would be good if you list on your website NO Control with Iphone." Regards!
  9. That's NOT true!!! I bought that DVR the iPhone was out for many years. And they have an app specially designed for the DVR to connect to iPhone. But a crappy one, with bugs. The problem it's not with me but with the horrible customer support from LUPUS. This was the first and last product I bought from them, and I will take some time to fill the Internet with bad reviews of their products.
  10. There is a bug in the scdvr app which will never be fixed since it is no longer supported. Sorry you are out of luck. So it's fair to say that LUPUS it's a great piece of ****!!! Right?
  11. I changed to port 80 but no luck...
  12. I have my router config like this:
  13. everyone can log on to that IP.. it is the makers sales office and not the ops own IP. to see if the dvr is even on the internet he needs to send someone his IP My DVR is on the Internet, because you can see the cameras via the lunaeyes.dvrdns.org DDNS.
  14. i think that is the problem. i cant get anything from the lunaeyes . same app works with lupus. try this app. http://itunes.apple.com/mg/app/techpross/id411853225?mt=8 With this app I can connect (Says Connected) but I have no pic, only a black screen. This is one feature I really would LOVE to have. Very useful to me!!!
