    The easiest solution would be to just pull the jpg stream from the camera and use a constant refresh on the image. If you speak to the manufacturer they will be able it tell you the jpg url then you just use HTML to pull it out, or just view the source on the IP cameras webpage and you will probably find the jpg url from that. What is the make and model of the camera? I will have a look and see if I can find it out. Thanks.

    There are various Apps avalible in the store that allow you to connect into IP cameras directly, just need to setup port forwarding etc.. and your away. Live Cams being quite a popular cheap one.
