    A friend of mine tried Ascendent Technology's new X4 system and won't stop raving about it. I played around on his system and it's actually pretty decent. Might wanna check it out. And you only need one card I'm pretty sure. http://www.ascendentgroup.com

    I'm not aware of any Nokia Phone support with AVTECH's product. As you probably know AVTECH has released iPhone compatible firmware for their 4 channel DVR and soon for other models too. Word on the street is that Ascendent has iPhone compatible DVRs and soon will have Blackberry up and running. That would be good for all the RIM lovers.

    Yeah, I had the same problem. As much as I liked Aventura's products, I couldn't handle their support or their prices. I've since tried a few other companies. One that really sticks out is called Ascendent Technology. Good prices, good products, good support.
