I have a GE Cyberdome II with UTP output and we can not get ANY video out of the UTP port that is attached to the KTS-271 on the other end. The KTS-271 has two lights. A blue power light and a green video signal light. They are both lit up and I can not get a video on my monitor. I called GE and everything is hooked up fine but they can not help me. Has anyone seen this problem before or can help me?
