  1. Guys, I am building a DVR system using an old PC I have laying around. Following are specs. AMD Athlon 64 3500 CPU ASUS A8N-E MOBO nVidia Nforce4 Chipset Nvidia 6600GT GPU WD 160GB HD I plan on adding additional 1-2 TB HD to record 16 cameras on Geo 1480. Four of the cameras will be around the clock and rest motion activated. Will this CPU be able to handle this card? Thx aajagar

    Geo GV-800 V3 w/ 7.05 WebCam Issue

Thx tsd! Update on my issue...now I am able to get to multiview screen and login to my server, however as soon as I login..the video screen would say "connecting server" than "STOP". Where can I download Multi View 8.3.3? Thanks
  3. I have GV-800 v3 running on XP Pro with 7.05. It runs great. My problem is I now have a laptop with Vista and Desktop with Win 7. When I try to remoteview via WebCam...it does not install Active X (OCXchecker-6110.cab). I type in IP Address and I get to the Compression Selection window and select Mpeg4 Encoder Viewer. Next screen is Select Internet Connection where I select DSL/Cable/T-1 and MultiView. Next screen it trys to download something and get stuck at 0%..... I don't have any problem with web cam on XP machines...........
