    Techwell 6805 DVR Card

Scratch that, it is a techwell 7816 which is a newer model card
  2. Hi, I just had a pc made with a techwell 6805 16 ch card which runs iDVR4000 software. I have a 2 terrabyte hard as well. I paid $1500 for the for the PC, did I get ripped? Also I have the PC connected to a 32" LED LCD tv. I am unable to make the software stretch widescreen. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it even possible. Did I buy a total Piece of Sh*t?

Setting up 16 camera Supermarket. Which DVR should I use!?

Price range is about $1000-1200. Is a dvr the wrong idea as opposed to pc based or hybrid systems. Is my price range unrealistic? I have cpro vrd-135 vandal resistant domes with cb60h cameras. I dont have any ptz cameras yet but would like to upgrade to having a few in some key places once the business is open and there is some money coming in. Until then I hope to use the cb60h's and pick up some cheap IR cameras for night monitoring. Thank you everyone for helping me out here. http://www.cpro-cam.com/product/product/VRD135-CB60H-TDN-IV%281%29.pdf

Setting up 16 camera Supermarket. Which DVR should I use!?

I believer DVR is better for me at this point. I would require that it be networkable however. I would like to avoid buying a pc if I can achieve the same with a 16 channel dvr, dvdrw, netowrkable and can control ptz. what do you guys think? and which DVR should I go with. Thanks
  6. Hello Everyone, I am opening a Supermarket which will have 16 cameras. I don't want to play games with my surveillance system. I am looking for a top of the line 16ch DVR that has PTZ control, built in DVDRW, a larg capacity hard drive (i don't mind adding a 1 or 2 tb drive myself as long as the price reflects not coming with hdd). I want it it have all useful features. I'm just confused because I see many from $600 usd to $1200. I don't want to be a cheapo, but I know that because some website charges more for their dvr doesnt mean it is better. Any guidance and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. LShap
