Hi mate I tend to use vista VVRD4V9CM-540 cameras for general installs like this, they are resonably priced and the vandal resistant covers are pretty resilant to most cleaning agents as most service engineers only wipe them over with there hi-vi`s or what ever they have to hand. they have good day night properties and also have a range with built in IR as well worth a look

has anyone had a simular issue as me. I am trying to get data and vidoe worling on a vigitron vi1516vpd combiner/reciever unit, I can get data working on the first port but no video and on s the second port I can get I can get video but no data. have checked and double checked the wiring and is all correct. i have also got a second unit in my rack as well and am getting a simular issue. if i tranfer all connections from the first unit to the second get video and no data on the first port. I`m at a bit of a loose end as the techs don`t know either. any surgestions ?
