    nvr nuuo or qnap?

This time I will agree with You Qnap VS-2012 - 2xHDD, 12 IP cams max, we was testing it with 2Mpixel H.264 cams and you will get 10fps MAX form them (less then 15fps with H.264 - bad idea ) So You need bigger one, VS-5012 - you will get like 20-21 fps. You can also try VS-6012Pro - with VGA out
  3. Its $1449, but wht that one? You know that H.264 on that camera is supported only for 640x480 res. ? IQA15NE-B6 - same but without H.264 - $1349
  4. Maybe try ACTi ACM/TCM-5611 from inside, and IR Illuminator outside = same money, but better night image. Or You can Try GeoVision BX220D - Full HD ~1100 TVL (tested ) Day/Night Cam

    ActI vs Axis

I use ACTi with GeoVision soft, never had any major problems with them. Support is rly good here in Poland. Yeah right, 1/4" CMOS sensors vs 1/3" aptina prog. scan CMOS from ACTi No thanks And You will "LOVE" delay on those cams. I would stick to ACTi TCM series or new GeoVision cams with free soft.
  6. Well maybe its more expesive, but its 1/3" APTINA CMOS, IP8332 is 1/4" CMOS. Cmon, 1/4" CMOS sensor? Its webcam or cellphone camera AND ACM-1231: 24 IR LEDs, IP8332 - 12 IR LEDS, ACM-1231: 1280x1024, IP8332 - 1280X800 ACM-1231: f3.3-12mm/F1.6 lens, IP8332 - f3.6mm/F1.8 (darker) lens You decide Maybe You should try GeoVision BL110D http://www.geovision.com.tw/english/Prod_GVIPCAMH264Bullet.asp Good, not expensive camera, and You will get free soft for 32 cameras with video analitics! Ppl counting, virtual fence, face detect and so on If you are lookin' for rly cheap BUT not bad camera, try AVtech AVN362 - its like IP8332 from Vivo, but with 56x IR LEDs, better lens, and bigger sensor (1/3")
  7. UPS! It seams i used some materials that i not allowed to
  8. Hummm, You just set camera to day/night mode? Do You use luxometr? How much light was there. I ask becouse I know how Vivotek act in low light, lots of blur/noise, low details.
  9. Hello there Cool photos, thanks guys they help A LOT, clients just love to see real images, not the marketing bullcrap from manufacturers page. Here is something from me. Videos from tests, IQeye IQ042 2.0Mpixel and IQ753 3.1Mpixel with "exposure window" function. Its rly cool stuff, its on every IQ PRO camera. You can just set on what camera should look at. Here is IQ042 looking @ window: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6833159/IQEYE/bezekspozycji.avi [23MB] Here is IQ753 with "exposure window" set to looking what is behind window: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6833159/IQEYE/seriaPROekspozycja.avi [44,4MB] What you think 'bout it? I get those Videos from friend, he made them in they lab.
