We have 3 Netpromax systems that are currently working well. However, we would like to upgrade to be able to view with an iphone app, and as everyone knows, Netpromax is out of business. Is there a software upgrade available, or will we have to change out the dvr cards? All three systems are running on XP. Any recommendations would be appreciated. (our technical knowledge is limited, so responses in simple English would also be appreciated).

The number has been "temporarily" disconnected

Does anyone know if something is wrong with Netpromax? I have been unable to access my sites through the internet (error message= Unable to Access Domain Server). They don't have their phone number listed on the website, and e-mails have gone unanswered?
