  1. The free version allows 8 up cameras. and all of the settings for each camera are identical other than their IP address.
  2. But that doesn’t explain why one works when the other 3 do not?
  3. They are your typical Chinese IP POE ptz dome cameras.
  4. Hey all. I have been trying to setup this Luxriot EVO free edition for hours now and still am not able to get it to display my cameras. The first camera I added seems to have worked when clicking on the camera name and then clicking on Show video in the Channels section: I created a channel for it called Cam Channel Group and placed the Cam 223 into it: In the Monitoring tab when selecting the Devices menu I have a working camera. And on the Channels menu I again confirmed I have a working cam: Lastly on the Streams menu I have a good cam: Ok great. I confirmed I can view the camera and that the camera is setup like it should be. When I start up the Luxriot EVO monitor I am unable to find it ANYWHERE! Nothing at all is listed under the Channels menu when, I would think, my Cam Channel Group should be listed? If I go back and add a second camera it then tells me Unauthorized (401)...???? And the Channels menu in the monitoring tab looks like this: I made sure both cameras had the identical settings via their web page and they do. I also tried my other 2 cameras just to make sure it wasn't a fluke but was greeted with this: So this is where I am stuck. Any help in getting this to work would be great because I really like the program (What I can run on it that is))!
  5. Thanks for the feedback, rory Wish i knew for sure what the pin layout was, though! David
  6. Hey all i am new to all this sercurity cam stuff and i have 4 Exxis cameras that have a RJ11E end on them. I have a DVR card in my PC that only accepts BNC connectors. I was looking around seeing if i could find the pin out for the RJ11E connector but have been unsussessful. The only thing i can turn up is this: Taking if the pin out above is correct then i would guess i would tie the ground and video to the bnc connector and then ground and 12v DC to the power supply? Can anyone confirm this? My Exxis camera looks like this: Mace seems to carry a converter for this type of thing but its $24.94/each!!! Thanks for any help on this problems of mine! David
