  1. Well any moron who knows google can find them and many more its not to hard and Eclipse is really that inexpensive?? Whats the AVtech?? The cheapest DVR I have evr sold is this one

which you have a price on but i tell people straight up you get what you pay for and believe it or not its got a one year free replacment warranty which starts over with each unit you get.

  2. If they already are using a wireless network and you can plug into that then something like this might work

The only wireless I have seen go through walls is 900mhz or uhf band like these

but the video quality isnt very good. If your budget is what Thomas has translated then you are pretty much S.O.L.

  3. Are you going to use the tv's for watching tv too?? If so are you going to modulate the cctv cameras to different channels so you can utilize the existing cables already ran for cable tv?? If so do you have satalite or cable? Is it HD? Two outputs is easy, you could use a splitter, t connector or an inexpensive DA(distribution amp-recommended). If you already have a good PC you intend on using and budget isnt to much an issue I would use some IP cameras and a wireless hub or if your house is prewired with Cat 5 you could just plug and play using the right equipment.

  4. Hell you can have an auto dialer hooked up to any kind of alarm trigger from a smoke detector to motion sensor even water temp if you want a controlled environment. If you want good live viewing you need a T1 at least. You can get desent viewing with a good proprietary compression and not to many high res cams. You can always get more connections though. How many cameras you looking to do?
