I had to reinstall Windows XP due to Motherboard dying and I had to swap it out with the HDD. The units is been with the company for over 5 years and no one here knows who we bought it from since the IT personnel that did the purchase no linger work here since 2008. The Model # is DVR-9480 RACK Ver. 4.5.0.0 the software Im using is 5.5.0.0 Please assist.
