  1. Does the DVR have a specific port assignment for mobile monitoring? If so, I think that port should also be forwarded in your router, and/or maybe set that same port up in your router's DMZ. I'm certainly no expert, but hope this helps.
  2. I have a Q-See DVR that I have set up to monitor remotely through the internet. I've assigned a Static IP from my Linksys E2000 router (192.168.0.110) and I'm using DYNDNS hosting (http://hostname.dyndns.org). The DVR port I've assigned is 8080. Thus, http://hostname.dyndns.org:8080 works fine using a laptop to monitor my cameras over the internet. However, I can't monitor the cameras using my cellular through the internet. I can monitor the cameras using my cellular when I enter the LAN IP and port (192.168.0.110:8080) in the ASEE application on my cellular, and the other different apps I've downloaded to my cellular that I've tried, but I can't log in to the DVR from my cellular when I try to do so over the internet (http://hostname.dyndns.org:8080). The DVR port this Q-SEE DVR has assigned for mobile monitoring is 18004. I have that port and 8080 forwarded in my DVR, as well as I have the 18004 port set up in my router's DMZ. I'm about to give up on all my hits and misses in trying to work through this problem. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions that may point me in a better direction for isolating the problem. Thanks again, gnscott
