    Not much help here

I have asked a few ppl so far about this and its much the same with this activex. They too say that its a big problem not yet sorted out, so it looks like I'll have to write it off and just ensure that I inform those who I give a username and password to make sure they use IE. I did not set any of this up, but I do recall a cd with only a pdf manual on it.

Thanx for input...my ports are 9000 and 80 isp is Virgin...
  4. I'll try again on my third attempt but water down my query.... I am all set up and running with KGuard 8ch, all my cameras are online. There is only Internet Explorer works but not IE9 in Win7. No other browser works eg Firefox etc. Question...Is this something you all experience? Or is it just me? Is it something to do with ActiveX? Regards Pete
  5. Can anyone tell me why I can only use IE 8 or less to log into my KGuard online? Its asking for plugins that are not available. Surely this cannot be right as folk are moving on to IE 9 nowadays or use Firefox etc etc. If there is anyone out there that can get their KGuard cctv online with any other browser, I would surely like to know how you did it.
  6. I bought a Kguard SHA 108 tuther day and my mate fixed it all up and running and I can now see everything on my computer. However, there is one last problem: If two of my mates tries to log in as Users at their houses with any browser my DVR unit needs rebooting as it gets knocked offline by them both here and at their houses. Can anyone help please? There doesn't seem to be any settings in both router and DVR software to overcome this prob....Pete
