  1. HELLO TOMCCTV.. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.. I TRIED USING A 2AMP POWER SUPPLY BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINED.. FINALY I REMEMBERED THAT I NORMALLY WIRE CAMERAS USING THE COAXIAL GROUND TO SEND THE POWER GROUND, I ADDED AN EXTRA WIRE TO SEND THE POWER GROUND SEPARATEDLY AND THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM.. I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP AND TIME..
  2. HELLO.. I have a ptz camera and it displays great images but when I pan or tilt it, the image gets distorted.. what may be the cause for this distortion?.. the cables and wires are properly isolated and the cable run is about 20mts.. i am using cable awg20 for the rs485 commands.. Any tips as to how to fix this problem will be greatly appreciated.. thank you!

  4. Hello everyone! I have a few PHILIPS observation cameras VC71775T but don´t have the Observation monitor to connect these cameras to, so i need help identifying the wires (ground, power, video signal and audio) in order to connect them to a dvr unit and an external power source.. any help is welcome and greatly apprecieted.. thank you!
