  1. I have 2 units of AVC798A which I have been using for the past coming 3 years. They are loaded with 2Tb HDD since day 1. Recently, I decided to use them on another location. I bought new 2TB Hdd to be placed in them. However, upon complete setup, the DVR states that there is no HDD. I did a format but have way through, "clean Hdd" flashes a couple of time then go into reboot. I tried it on both sets and the same thing happened. It just keeps rebooting. Therefore, I brought it back to my old location and have the HDD replaced to the old HDD which have been in use for 3 years. The same issue occurred. Desperate, I use a 500gb hdd, surprising it is able to format and work without a problem. Please help me. I even done a hard reset. And I tried using different AC adapter but it just doesn't work.
