i read that thoroughly but the "backup" option is not showing on the menu for me. i really need to backup a video before its too late. someone please help. is it maybe because i am on a mac? everything else works flawlessly though (video web server (on mac)/eagle eyes (on iphone and ipad). maybe the licensed software ap? i found some exe files online for that but its only for windows. thanks everyone

i have this model and it works fine for viewing on video web server and eagle eyes on my iphone. only problem is i dont know how to record and make a file on my mac. can anyone help? also how do i set up snapshots on email? is that only when on detection mode? i leave my cameras on all the time

hi there. i have an avtech avc760z and i can view everything and access my dvr from video web server on my mac but the record button doesn't work on the program. also when i go to menu advanced there is no backup option (i searched this forum and thats how they said to record). i want to make an avi file and burn to dvd but i can't figure out how to record from the software. anyone please help???
