OK I know I should know this but that's why I'm asking. What is the difference in D1 and cif? I know D1 is better but what exactly is CIF, in relations to resolution. Thanks.

One of the reasons I was considering the VU's was from my readings of your posts Levon. I value your opinion. My question was not what, but where, to acquire? Yes, passive.

It has been my experience that any time you change networks and then back again you pick up interference. Or a degradation in picture quality. Slingbox is doing this with there internet TV. It works OK but you can see a difference in picture quality.

Does anyone have a good source for VU Balums? I have an install that will need several. Trying to keep the cost down. Thanks.

Chris, Nuvico has a customer service line that will answer your question about the hard drive. Some models are different. It would be better to go to the source for that information. If you can't find it, post and I will try to get it for you. I believe its in the manual.

You may need a new software version also, to view. Try downloading the newest software and see if that works.

Thats right, and I mounted a bullet on the side of a building that was too low. I raised it 8 feet. The kids got a pole and wacked it.
