    Avtech AVC760Z problem

Please can anyone help me with this as I've tried everything I can think of but to no avail. I'm quite computer literate but unfortunately I don't know much about I.P., or the inner workings of a DVR network etc Thanks, Carol
  2. Hi. 2 days ago I set up the Video Viewer E software to run on my Windows 7 PC and all was ok. Now today, I tried to view the camera image and it's not letting me log in. I've tried restarting the DVR, rebooting the PC and my router to see if it will pick it up again but to no avail. I've got the DVR connected via LAN to the router. It's on DHCP to connect as it was easier to set up. My other half mentioned that he might have changed something on the DVR but I can't locate anything different. I've checked and all seems ok but something's definitely amiss. Also, can anyone tell me if there's a Video Viewer E software for Vista as my other half wants to view it on his laptop too (providing I can get it up and running again!!) Thanks in advance, Carol.

    Hi from Wales

Hi everyone. I'm from South Wales and I have a problem with an Avtech AVC760Z Video Viewer E software going to a Vista laptop. Which section do I need to post in? Thanks.
