    Why Avtech KPD679B 16CH REAL-TIME DVR have only 5 Max. on-line user. but why KPD677LA 8CH, KPD677B 8CH, KPD675C 4CH, have 10 Max. on-line user.(and i dont understand why) and the 16 Channel DVR have a lower user in online views that only in a max of 5? is there any firmware that can upgrade the viewer of KPD679B 16CH REAL-TIME DVR? thnx...

    i have KPD679B - 16CH REAL TIME DVR, and i installed 989N PTZ camera,' i set the dvr devises at 9600 and same at PTZ config, and i choos Pelco P, but i cant control at DVR, but when i use my keyboard controller i can control it, because i set jumper on camera,' my conclusion is is there any effect of SW1 and SW2 of PTZ jumper to DVR Control?,' need help please,'
