    I installed it one month back, it's model no HDXGPWACW. It's showing Blue Background. There is no movement in PTZ.

    hi all, I installed honeywell PTZ camera, while installation it worked perfectly, now it giving the welcome screen and it displaying blue screen, all other cameras working perfectly. pls give me a solution regards
