Hi I just have a quick question does this cmaera have a lux control for the lux i have the four dip switches then there is the blue dial which i am not sure of what it is used for. Thanxs

The cameras have been up for about 2 weeks and the sparky said the UPS is putting out the right voltages for the cameras. So i am not sure what the problem is?

Plus i have another one which i am in the process of replacing for him

Hi guys, I have a customer who has a dvr with 16 ICU520XI-18-DV cameras and now all of a sudden they are strating to dye at first 2 then 3 now he has 6 dead. He has had a sparkie check out the wiring and voltages at each camera and they can't find anything to be the cuase they also have a UPS hooked up to regulate the power for the cameras.

I have a customer who gets the following error how can i fix this?. This siwhat the customer has told me: The has Windows XP Pro and Geovision version 8 software. It runs fine but the back-up is a issue. It backsup okay, but when you try to run the CD it comes up with the attached error message. It displays the same error message no matter what PC we try to run it on. It runs one created on another Geo-vision machine okay. We have done a format on the PC and had it just with Windows, Geovision Software and Burning software (Nero) and it still does the same thing.
