  1. Hello all, I have the Q-See QR-414. Both of my composite BNC video output stopped working after I unplugged and move the power supply to the cameras to other AC plug on the UPS. I thought I might have damaged the cable running to the TVs and this model does not have VGA monitor output. I also plugged in another composite BNC to RCA cable but no signal either. I can access the unit from the "D9-Viewer" software and IE, the cameras are working fine and the DVR is recording. I opened the unit to check if there was anything visibly lose or damaged but not signs. Did noticed the CMOS battery was leaking acid so I cleaned/replaced, didn't leak to the Mobo. So now I can't adjust the date or time. Has anyone had this issue? Any tips on what I can do? Tried to get a hold of Q-See support for the last two days with no avail. Thanks in advance.
