Different between SONY,SHARP,PANASONIC and Korea A1 CCD.

this above CCD can used in any cameras, not just the cheapest one.Sony CCD or sharp CCD or other CCD has many different model, different model combine with different DSP results to different resolution. This generally called TVLine to reflect, such as 420TVL,600TVL etc. CCD and DSP generally called a chipest.Such as CXD3142+ICX633BK, CXD3142 is the DSP,ICX633BK is the CCD. hope this helpful.
  2. -Why we want to say the different of sony, sharp, panasonic and A1 CCD? Answer:Many supplier and manufacturer sell their CCD named sony CCD,but actually they only use sharp CCD to instead of sony one. -Why they are selling sharp CCD but called sony CCD? Answer:Because sony CCD is better than sharp CCD ,more stable and higher performance than SHARP CCD, but sony CCD is more expensive than sharp CCD.So they also called sharp CCD to SONY CCD to cheat customer. So here you might ask,why they can do this?because many of us did not know the different brand of CCD, so there have the hole for them to drilling in.Another reason is that because in a cctv camera, the CCD is not explosure on the appearance. They are protected inside the camera,so generally speaking, the customer will not know if they really use the true sony CCD like they said. -Here list the picture of SONY CCD,SHARP CCD,PANASONIC CCD,A1 CCD for reference. Lets see their different: 1.Sharp. SONY CCD has two front tooth missing(up and down). This is the symble of sony CCD. SHARP CCD has thinner metal line. Panasonic CCD has longer line between metal line and CCD surface. The metal line is bold. A1 CCD lost a down front tooth. 2. Image quality:. Normally, the same 1/3 CCD: SONY CCD is more colorful, and true; SHARP CCD color underweight, color cast at low TVLINE. When at low illumination environment (dark light), SONY CCD with small noise compare to SHARP CCD.
  3. 1/3 just the size of the image sensor,3.6mm is the lens size, they are different, 1/3 size image sensor could combine with different size of lens size, the lens generally decide the viewing distance.3.6mm could see 32.8-49.2 feet.the image sensor decide the viewing angle.1/3 CCD could see 75.7 degree horizontal ,66 degree vertical.hope they are useful for you. I am not sure if they are really 600TVL,because the 600tvl is decided by the CCD&DSP combination, but they do not supply any information of CCD&DSP name or specification.
  4. 1.Knowing your CCD or CMOS size. Then reference the following table: CCD size(inch) Horizontal wide(mm) Vertical high(mm) 1/4" 3.2 2.4 1/3" 4.8 6 1/2" 6.4 8 2/3" 8.8 11 1" 12.7 16 Horizontal wide use "W" to represent, vertical high use"H" to represent. 2.Getting know the about distance from the target object to the lens center.Use "D" to represent. 3.Use the following formula to calculate your focus length that needed. f=wD/W or f=hD/H f means focus length. Notes:This might be the clear focus length to see the target object clearly. Not just "could see the target" This article is reference to http://www.etown.cc/en/a/n/123.html
  5. Try :choose DSM Control setting, http service, tick Automatically redirect HTTP Connections to HTTPS.do not enter SSL cert. then at SS setting, you can use forefox or chrome but not IE to install addtitional component "SSObject2'...,only if you have install with JAVA so that ok,then you can enter SS notmally.Hope this can give a little help.

how to choose a good cctv camera?

is there anything wrong with it?why did you have this feeling?
  8. You should clearly know which type of cctv cameras do you want? The CCTV cameras can devided into two types:1.Analog cctv cameras. 2.IP cameras. After you choose the type of cctv cameras, you should depend on your requirement to choose. where did you use this cctv cameras? how far do you need the cameras detective? What's the angle of the cameras do you want? How's the resolution do you need? You want color cameras or white and black cameras? Why you need to considering the above questions? Most people are aware of the fact that a high quality CCTV system can protect home or office and provide them with complete peace of mind. However, before buying any CCTV camera, it is important to evaluate personal preferences and buy a security system that appears well-equipped to meet these requirements. We offer a basic guideline that will help you to choose the perfect CCTV camera. Figure Out the Areas that you want the Camera to Cover The first step is to determine the areas that you want the camera to highlight. Think from point of view of the intruder. This strategy will help you to determine the size and type of the camera. Also, do you want the camera to cover only indoor areas or you want it to cover outside areas as well? In case of the former, choose the indoor security system. Otherwise, stick to outdoor systems. Determine whether you Need Color or Black-And-White Cameras. This is an important decision. Black and white cameras cost less and also offer superior light sensitivity. This means that if you are planning to install the camera in a low light condition, choosing black and white cameras can be a great idea.Color cameras, on the other hand, offer greater details about the particular object under surveillance. Therefore, if you want to keep an eye over a specific object, buy color cameras. Decide the Type of Lens the Camera should possess It is a known fact that function of the camera varies, according to the lens it possesses. While manual iris lens can be used in areas that have stable lighting, auto iris lens are ideal for areas that have fluctuating lighting. This is because of the fact that auto iris lens can adjust itself to light changes on its own.Additionally, if you want to acquire a close-up vision of a particular object, choosing a camera that possesses zoom lens can be a good idea. Determine Mode of Operation of the System Different cameras work in different ways. While some possess motion sensors, others emphasize on continuous recording. If you want to protect your home, choosing motion-activated cameras can be a good idea. This way, you do not have to waste the precious recording capacity during huge phases of inactivity. If you want to secure your business, however, choosing a camera that emphasizes on recording continuously will allow you to fulfill your goals. It is true that a good CCTV system is essential for protecting your home or business. However, for best results, evaluating your own preferences is also important. This will allow you to derive maximum benefits from the security system.
