  1. sorry for posting this in another thread but am looking for an answer asap please. We are using a robox cctv 1U standalone upon logging in with username/password on the system, it shows all the cameras as normal but within 10 minutes all the camera viewing on the screen turn off on the screen and says no video connection with a red padlock on the button. however the cameras are still working because it can still be viewed on the internet via our DNS website. the cameras are also still recording because when i log back in and use playback, it still shows as normal. I know it sounds confusing, Im confused as well. i tried using a different login and its still the same,within 10 minutes it shuts off and theres a red padlock any help or advice would be appreciated. many thanks
