    Shutter speed adjustment

Shutter speed adjustment = Darker image So I have just adjusted one of my camera's shutter speed from Auto to 1/240 this setting has given me the desired effect that i wanted with regards to motion blur (vehicles passing by etc) however it has made the image slightly darker.. My question is do i now need to adjust the AGC to compensate and bring a bit of brightness back into the image? and do I go higher or lower? My current settings AGC: 12 Brightness: 11 Sense Up: 2 Daylight: Ext / Delay: 2 Smart IR: 2 IR: On Thanks

    Shutter speed adjustment

Adjusted the AGC (Higher) too much noise.....changed DNR to High still noise but a little improved Brightness didn't seem to make any differance
  3. if I upgrade my DVR from D1 to 960H will I notice the differance? cleaner image perhaps? a little more crisp on the edges etc Thanks for your help

I now assume you are supposed to cut back the foil beyond the connection..... "No signal" when i left it on! cut it back perfect!

  8. Hi All, looking for a bit of advise I've upgraded a couple of my camera's to Twilight Pro Nero - True Day & Night ICR, they have excellent day & night images however i do have a niggle with the night vision... one of the camera's is focused on my car which shows a good image now the niggle is occasionally when someone walks passed they appear to ghost and if they are walking fast they may even disappear The camera has lots of settings I've tried the following settings which didn't seem to improve the issue Sense Up: both Auto and Off Backlight: D-WDR set to 0 3D-DNR: Changed from Auto to Mid Looking for recommendations Thanks
  9. Thanks for the response's I've set sens up to off Tried 3D-DNR to off.... made the image a little to grainy Currently got it set at Low, just need someone to walk passed (fast)
