  1. So no reply. Maybe it will help someone, there is a specific software application called CMS that exist and it works fine (W7). No need anymore to use Internet Explorer, this software is available here: http://www.visus.pt/mirrors/dynacolor/software/CMS/
  2. Hi. I am quite new with DVR so I have many questions ... We have several Axio DVR, after looking quite a long time on Internet, it seems the same brand as Danycolor. Does someone know why we have this two brands for a same product? Now I am in France and I can connect by remote, and with Internet Explorer, to watch video from an equipment located in Munchen (Germany). But when I connect to another equipment in Spain, I am requested to enter the login / password, then I get a black screen and the (same) Internet Explorer is stuck. Does someone know this type of equipment? It uses ActiveX. I assume there is a problem with this ActiveX download. A colleague in Spain tries also to connect to the equipment next to him and he got the same issue.
  3. I have an AXIO DVR, after spending a long time on Internet I found that the manufacturer is Dynacolor from Taiwan. I send them an e-mail but they never reply...
  4. The IP address you get when running IPCONFIG is the one given to your PC. It is generally a dynamic IP address given by your modem. Your DVR should also get its own dynamic IP address like your PC.To reach the DVR behind a modem you need to configure your modem to do a port forwarding.
