    Yes, I am in need of upgraded firmware for my IPC-HFW3300C cam for NTSC if anyone has it. I think I'm at release 2012-7-24 but functions still don't work for me. Also, I like the camera but don't like that you can't get support. Can anyone recommend a different company (rebrand OK) that has better support. Thanks, Matt
