  1. need some help. I have installed a few IP cam systems, using cat5, or powerline adapters, etc. But I have a church looking for my help, and I feel like it should be easy....but I am drawing a blank. I cant run wires (its a 200 year old church), and cant use powerline adapters because the church has like 4 different electrical boxes. All they want is a wireless cam showing the priest, and send it to a monitor or TV where the organized can see what the priest is doing. Doesn't have to record (nice feature later maybe), but for right now, just need a camera (wireless), and a way for the organist to view it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
  2. exactly. Didnt take much after those facts to make his mind up.
  3. your preaching to the choir. I built my own, and have built one for a friend.... but this friend wants to compare the comcast stuff vs build your own stuff...its hard to do, without knowing the camera specs. just got off chat with comast...... and here is the results... interesting, they are ADT cameras.. iCamera-1000-ADT.... which are 640x480.
  4. Does anyone know what cams/specs they use in that kit? Im trying to help a friend decide whether to build his own, or go with that, but I cant make an arguement without know what those cams are...they look pretty cheap.
