You know of anything that is small, cheap and able to show video in full screen on any device?

Thanks for your response. Will that resolution be something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlV9bK815qU? I am going to show a Office Word-document, and guess the resolution don't need to be HD. As you can see in that video at 2:30, the text is quite readable.

TeamViewer need internet access. I need something that works on a lan. You talked about a DVR. You got any examples? Afordable and small box with low delay (<0,5s), and at least about 16 fps.

Are using VNC today, but the technology is not stable. If 3+ users log on, the latency will be to long, often over 1 second. A typical problem is that it will log out ongoing users if a new one joins. The purpose is showing a Black/white or Yellow/Black Office Word document.

Hi. Are looking for a solution that let us view a video with minimal latency. There will be between 4-10 viewers at the same time. Would preffer if the user could connect without any software, just by letting them connect to the lan with any device, and watch on their browser. The input source will not be from a camera, but from a computer via VGA/DVI/HDMI (and an adapter if necessary). I'll still posting the question because I guess you guys have experience with these things. The solution can't be something I need to put in a rack, but something I can put in a backpack, and carry around. Price range: up to 250$.
  6. Thank you so much for answers, but I really don't know where I should start looking for equipments. Anyone that have something to recommend? Would like to keep it under 300$. And, is this a good solution? Will it work to use an adapter etc from VGA to the right output, and then show the PC monitor as a camera?
  7. !f there is a system capable for 10-20 connections, that would be nice. Guess price and size follows number of connections. EDIT: Is this something that would cover my needs? http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/Geovision-Video-Server-p/gv-vs11.htm
  8. Hi. I am looking for a solution for mirroring a PC-screen. Today we use VNC, but this is not stable when multiple users are connect at the same time. Therefore I reach out to the CCTV community. I guess CCTV have developed way better on this field. Security cameras depends on reliable connections. I want a solution that is not rely on the computers capacity. Therefor I want to us a something like a VGA with an adapter. The screen is only showing text black/white,therefore is it not important with a HD resolution, but it must have at least 10 frames per second. For the front-end user, it must be easy to connect, and preferably without any installation. Connection throu a IP adress on a browser, would be great. Demands: Possible to bring in a backpack. Possible to use wireless on a LAN Easy to connect to from PC, smartphone, tablet etc. Serve at least 2+ users at the same time. - Is there any "server" that can serve me good?
