  1. So guys. I've seen lots of posts about this brand and if I'd have known before I purchased what I do know I wouldn't have purchased in the first place. They are impossible to contact and get a reply from. Total shower! Well heres my problems. System installed and up and running and viewable via my network. (1) Cant access it via the internet when not contacted to my network nor via (2) MeyePro iPhone software. The other problem (3) is that because I'm running OS x, I can't get the DVR software to load because its only compatible with Microsoft so the date and time are wrong and its not recording events. Any help appreciated but I would need an idiots guide as I've tried to port forward on my Tesco broadband router but I don't think its working…. H E L P
