Walnut

Ok new to this ! This is my Problem - My Vehicle has been vandalised on numerous occasions. It is parked across the main road maybe 50 metres away. The problem being due to parking difficulties i was thinking of a camera inside the window of my house with led's due to low light conditions (easier to move camera onto the car maybe). I have been told led's don't work inside glass as it reflects ? Any ideas please
