    Unable to view remotely

    I have forwarded all the needed ports on 192.168.0.12. still cant view remotely. Can i check the config on my smartphone app? address = *******.no-ip-org Port: 15966 user ID : DVR ID Password: DVR password You need to forward in both TCP and UDP all the needed ports, not just the web port; 81, 27156, 8101 and 15966 Also, I would change secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google's DNS), it is useless to have it set to the same as the primary DNS.

    Here are my DVR settings; Local IP: 192.168.0.12 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.0.1 Primary DNS: 192.168.0.1 Secondary DNS: 192.168.0.1 command port: 8101 HTTP PORT: 81 update port: 27156 default mobile or tcp port of DVR is 15966. forwarded port 81 on ip 192.168.0.12 still unable to get it working remotely.
